Construction Activity: Deertrack Lane

NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY

LOCATION:                  DEERTRACK LANE AND WHITETAIL ROAD

START DATE:              APRIL 22, 2024

SCOPE OF WORK:     REPLACEMENT OF THE RETAINING WALL ALONG DEERTRACK LANE   

Retaining wall replacement that supports the edge of road along the west side of Deertrack Lane will commence on April 22, 2024, Monday through Friday and is expected to be completed by May 31, 2024.  Motorists can expect delays due to a partial lane closure on Deertrack Lane and construction activity on Whitetail Road.

Please note that Deertrack Lane will be closed on Monday, May 6 between 11am and 12pm to enable the pouring of concrete for the retaining wall. If you need to access your property during this period please seek alternative parking.  Pedestrian access to your residence will be allowed.  Should the need for emergency vehicular access be required the project will cease.
